Continue learning about eating healthy and explore new foods and recipes together! You will be learning how to cook in this course, and learn ways of making your favorite dishes healthier. Let’s put that nutrition knowledge to good use and explore food together!
This is a 6 week course, designed to be taken after the Nutrition Class series.
Tuesdays from 9:00am- 11:00am
