Casework hours are during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Feel free to come in during those hours for assistance. Please be sure to bring:
• a photo ID
• income verification, such as a pay stub or child support print-out
• current address verification, which can include a current utility bill or lease.
• if you are looking for assistance with a bill, please bring the bill and/or shut-off notice.

You are welcome to call our office first to consult briefly with our staff about whether or not you may be eligible to receive assistance, or to be referred to another organization that may be able to help.
Our food pantry is open during business hours and usually open during the last two Thursdays of every month. We hold a distribution day on the second Saturday of every month. Visit our calendar or Calendar to find the date of our next distribution day.
OCS provides services to residents of Oberlin and Wellington and the following townships: Brighton, Camden, Carlisle, Huntington, Kipton, LaGrange, New Russia, Penfield, Pittsfield, and Rochester.
